Responsibilities

Set up and operate MIG welding equipment for production tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate welding specifications.
Troubleshoot welding issues and implement effective solutions to maintain production flow.
Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to optimize welding processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Welder, specifically with MIG welding.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve problems quickly.
Experience with welding setups for production environments.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
