Responsibilities

• Perform welding setups for production, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
• Utilize GD&T principles to interpret and create precise welding specifications.
• Execute MIG and Flux-Cored Arc welding processes to meet project requirements.
• Adhere to AS9100 quality standards throughout the welding process.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve welding techniques and processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder, with a strong focus on MIG and Flux-Cored Arc welding.
• Familiarity with GD&T and its application in welding setups.
• Experience working in an AS9100 certified facility is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
