Job Description

Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring Welder / Fabricators for a growing industrial company in Arlington, WA. If you have experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, can read blueprints, and want to build a long-term career with a stable employer, we want to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced welders looking for competitive pay, steady hours, and advancement opportunities. WABO-certified welders are highly encouraged to apply, though certification is not required.

Pay & Schedule

• $25.00-$36.00 per hour, depending on experience / qualifications

• Two shifts available:- Day shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (with OT every other Saturday)

  • Swing shift: Monday - Thursday 2:30 p.m. - 1 a.m. (with OT every other Friday)

• Full-time, permanent position

Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on structural and fabricated components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications
• Layout, punch, grind, drill, and fabricate materials
• Operate fabrication equipment and industrial machinery
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
• Perform basic math calculations related to fabrication and production
• Handle materials and support production operations
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Cross-train in additional manufacturing and production functions as needed

Welder Qualifications

• Must have solid previous experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
• Proficient with tape measure readings and basic shop math
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in an industrial environment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Current WABO Welding Certification highly desired
• Structural steel, fabrication, or heavy industrial welding experience

Work Environment

This is a hands-on role in a heavy industrial manufacturing facility. Employees work around:

• Heavy machinery and moving materials
• Indoor and partially outdoor work areas
• Fast-paced production operations

Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial environment and following strict safety procedures.
