Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure structural integrity and quality standards.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep work area clean and organized, following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding required.
• Proven experience as a Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid welding certification is a plus.
