Job Description

We are seeking 1–2 dependable Welders to join a steel fabrication team in the Stevens Point area. This role focuses on production MIG welding in a team-based environment. Candidates who are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute immediately are encouraged to apply.

This position may be temp-to-hire depending on performance, attendance, and overall work quality. For the right candidate, there is potential for long-term employment. Seasonal/summer availability through August is also an option.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Includes a paid 20-minute lunch
• Occasional overtime available:- 11–12 hour days
  • Occasional Fridays

Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding using wire feed equipment
• Production welding in a team environment
• Reading and following job instructions and weld requirements
• Maintaining quality and consistency in completed welds
• Working efficiently to meet production goals
• Following all safety procedures and shop standards

Pay

• $23–$26/hour
• Based on experience and skill level
