NOW HIRING – MIG WELDERS

Location: Ambridge, PA

Pay: $22–$26/hour starting pay

2nd Shift Differential: Additional $4/hour

Job Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4-Day Workweek

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
• 2nd shift receives an additional $4/hour shift differential

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring experienced MIG Welders for direct-hire opportunities in Ambridge, PA. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of welding experience who are comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Position Overview

The MIG Welder will fabricate, join, and repair steel components using gas metal arc welding techniques and equipment. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, perform quality welds, and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
• Fabricate, join, and repair metal materials according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and welding specifications
• Inspect completed welds for quality and structural integrity
• Prepare materials and set up welding equipment as needed
• Use grinders, drills, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment
• Use measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
• Follow established safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with material handling using forklifts and cranes as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience preferred
• MIG welding experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational welding training or apprenticeship preferred
• Ability to pass and maintain required MIG welding certification
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints
• Experience using hand tools and precision measuring equipment
• Ability to convert fractions, decimals, and metric measurements
• Forklift and/or crane experience is a plus
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 25–50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, noise, changing temperatures, fumes, dust, oils, and other typical industrial conditions
