Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in welding preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in using welding equipment and tools, with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
