Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks on various materials, ensuring precision and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with standards.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance welding skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding is a plus.
• Proven experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations in a welding environment.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
