Job Summary
Think Healthy Systems is seeking a Service Technician to support the THS service operations in the Tulsa area. This role performs installations and service, and overall helps maintain the equipment in field. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, organized, and comfortable working hands-on in the field at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain equipment and parts inventory
- Performs equipment repairs and warranty work
- Ensure quality service delivery and installations
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional service and communication
- Ensure reliable attendance and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical or electro-mechanical training is a plus
- Basic computer and email proficiency required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must meet requirements for a safety-sensitive position under company drug and alcohol policies
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and use of hand tools
- Work performed in offices, customer locations, and occasional shop environments
- Regular work around water systems and electrical equipment
- Domestic travel may exceed 20 hours per week
