In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping our clients recover from water and fire damage, ensuring their properties are restored to a safe and livable condition. Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate the extent of water and fire damage in residential and commercial properties.
• Implement effective water extraction and drying techniques to prevent further damage.
• Utilize specialized equipment for smoke and soot removal, as well as odor control.
• Document the damage and restoration process for insurance claims and client records.
• Communicate clearly with clients to explain the restoration process and address any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in water and fire damage restoration preferred.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
