Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of HVAC systems under warranty.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Document all warranty claims and service reports accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain warranty coverage and service procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain necessary parts for repairs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and manufacturer guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Assist in training junior technicians on warranty processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
• 5 years of proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a focus on warranty services.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification
