The Warranty Lead is responsible for overseeing the Warranty Claims and Campaigns Teams, ensures that all warranty claims are processed in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with contractual deliverables.

*This role follows a hybrid schedule with onsite presence 3 days per week.

YOUR IMPACT:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team focused on customer service, time-sensitive deadlines and deliverables
  • Ability to collect, analyze, create, and maintain data to drive change, make decisions, and create metric/KPIs
  • Track warranty claims and campaigns for all platforms
  • Ensure policies and procedure are followed for compliance both internally and externally with exporting parts, country specific visa requirements, part procurement,
  • Lead internal and cross-functional meetings with various stakeholders to drive for results
  • Host and/or participate in customer-facing meetings, audits, strategic initiatives, quality meeting
  • Create and maintain metrics based on business unit requests.
  • Identify areas of improvement and apply continuous improvement methodologies to resolve procedural and operational inefficiencies
  • Responsible for training new employees

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five (5) or more years of relevant experience (equivalent to eleven (11) years total in education and experience); or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge in E1 and/or ERP systems
  • Background in data analytics used to develop reports, charts, spreadsheets, and dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay Range:

$82,900.00 - $134,300.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
