Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Packer to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately packing products, inspecting items for quality, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Pack products according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Inspect products for quality, damage, or defects before packaging.
• Verify item quantities and ensure order accuracy.
• Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures at all times.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or production issues to supervisors.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Assist with sorting, staging, and moving materials as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packing, or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
