Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker at our facility located in Troy, MI. We have 12 openings across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and tracking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
