Job Description

Job Summary:Entry-level production role starting in wrapping and/or sorting. Employee will support order prep and quality flow for metal sheets/products. Company is currently ramping staffing due to increased volume and a major inventory project.

Essential Duties:

• Wrap finished product/material with plastic at wrapping station

• Sort material for quality and order accuracy

• Stack and prepare finished orders for forklift pickup

• Support inventory sorting and loading for truck shipments (inventory consolidation project)

• Maintain workstation cleanliness and follow safety rules

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, repetitive tasks

• Not heavy lifting per client

• Must be able to work on production floor environment

Dress Code / PPE:

• Standard industrial attire; safety-minded footwear recommended

• Confirm any additional PPE requirements with client

Conversion / Advancement Path:

• Starts as Wrapper/Sorter

• Advancement path: Ticket Writer or Piler → Operator

You should be proficient in:

• Warehouse Experience
