JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and complete flooring material orders for delivery or pickup based on schedule.
Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory (unload, label, store, organize).
Pick and load materials for scheduled deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, including shelving, pallet areas, and workstations.
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members.
Report any discrepancies, damage, or inventory issues promptly.
Complete required documentation and data entry related to inventory and orders.
Monitor inventory and delivery status to ensure items arrive on time.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of prior warehouse experience preferred.
Experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus.
Basic computer/data entry skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy flooring materials (50 Lbs. or more).
Must be dependable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
