Warehouse Worker | 7:00AM – 3:30PM | $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr | Monday – Friday

Decatur, IL

A well-known and respected electrical contractor also offering related services is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Worker.

Qualifications for** Warehouse Worker**

• 2-3 years of previous warehouse experience
• Previous forklift experience
• Shipping & receiving experience is preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Solid work history
• Knowledge of ERP or inventory systems preferred
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and perform physical warehouse duties
• Ability to climb stairs to storage locations
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Responsibilities for Warehouse Worker

• Put away incoming shipments from suppliers
• Prepare materials for outbound shipments to meet production and customer requirements
• Retrieve parts for upcoming shop repair orders
• Enter inventory transactions in the system
• Make deliveries in Decatur and nearby surrounding communities as needed
• Maintain and repair tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
