About the Role:

As a Warehouse Training Supervisor in our Wholesale Trade industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of our warehouse staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Your main objective will be to ensure that our warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine, with minimal errors and maximum productivity.

Shift: 10-hr shift, Sunday – Thursday, 12:30pm – 10:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Implement training programs for new and existing warehouse staff
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• 2+ years of experience in training and development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Certification in training and development
• Experience in the Wholesale Trade industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related
