Job Description:
The expected pay range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 annual salary. Responsible for all end of day activity to include working with routing to process invoices, product pick labels, driver paperwork, and nightly team picking stats.
Schedule order selection and replenishment accordingly.
Hire and train selection and replenishment personnel.
Manage and develop night shift personnel.
Maintain quality standards for order selection.
Ensure performance standards for order selection (i.e.: cases picked, pick errors, breakage) meet or exceed company benchmarks.
Payroll oversight.
Maintain all safety activities for the night shift.
Manage loading and unloading of product to ensure completion in an efficient and safe manner.
Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
Previous forklift certification and experience is desired.
Ability to work independently, be self managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
Prior Union management experience a plus.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work a night schedule starting at 6:00pm, working 4 – 10’s M-Th, and ability to work holidays and weekends as needed.
