Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize warehouse performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes and inventory levels.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or employee concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
