About the Role:

The Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd Shift plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facility during evening hours. This position is responsible for overseeing warehouse activities, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and staff supervision. The supervisor will implement best practices to optimize workflow and maintain safety standards, ensuring that all operations align with company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role involves training and mentoring warehouse staff to enhance their skills and productivity. Ultimately, the Warehouse Supervisor will contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing process by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
  • Forklift certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities.
