Job Summary

General Purpose:

Work Hours: 6 am – 6 pm, 1st shift/A Shift. Rotating Shift.

Accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

Shift/Work Hours:

Principle Accountabilities:

• Will supervise a team of 16 people, comprised of (job titles of people this person will supervise). Also oversees the shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods.

• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.

• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.

• Maintains proper levels of stock in the Supermarket to ensure maximum profitability.

• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on the Supermarket

• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.

• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.

• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.

• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse

Requirements (Must Have’s):

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Typically requires 5 years of materials experience, with advanced experience using (MRP) systems or related field.
• Above work experience from large (e.g. Fortune 500 or similar) manufacturing companies, e.g. contract manufacturing, medical devices, automotive, defense/aerospace, pharmaceutical, and/or food and beverage.
• Experience with MRP systems (e.g. Baan, SAP or Oracle, etc.)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.

Pay Range (Applicable to Illinois)

$55,200.00 USD - $75,900.00 USD Annual
