Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a local company in Winona, MN. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. **Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm **

*Occasional 2nd shift coverage and Saturday OT as needed.*

Pay: $24-$26/hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including staffing, training, and employee development.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities within the assigned area or shift to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

• Provide ongoing operational analysis and insights to support recommendations for process improvements, system upgrades, and new initiatives that align with business needs.

• Supervise warehouse staff and manage the day-to-day operations across all warehouse areas.

• Monitor equipment usage and maintenance while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory discrepancies, and participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of all aspects of warehouse and receiving processes with 3 years of experience in similar type role.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
