Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + BenefitsShift: 1st ShiftPosition SummaryWe are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment in the White House, TN area. This role will be responsible for leading warehouse personnel while ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material flow operations to support production and customer requirements. The Warehouse Supervisor will drive safety, accuracy, organization, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high service levels and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, material handling, and logistics coordinationManage and support warehouse team members by assigning work, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and ensuring productivity goals are achievedOversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer requirementsMaintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and inventory control processesUtilize and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems to track inventory, shipments, and warehouse transactionsCoordinate material movement and inventory availability to support manufacturing and production schedulesEnsure proper receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of raw materials, finished goods, and production suppliesMonitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, shipping performance, on-time delivery, and productivity metricsEnforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse best practicesOptimize warehouse layout, organization, and material flow to improve efficiency and reduce wasteCollaborate with production, customer service, purchasing, logistics, and other cross-functional departments to support operationsInvestigate inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and process concerns while implementing corrective actionsAssist with continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse operations, processes, and efficiency improvementsTrain and onboard new warehouse employees on procedures, systems, and safety requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environmentQualifications3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory leadership experience within a manufacturing environmentPrior supervisory or team leadership experience preferredExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory control processesStrong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operationsExperience managing cycle counts, inventory audits, and material flow activitiesKnowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA standardsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and prioritize multiple responsibilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse reporting systemsForklift experience or certification preferred
