**Warehouse Supervisor **

Location: Tinley Park, IL | Type: Contract

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a busy warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, forklift, and computer skills, with experience in shipping, receiving, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity

* Operate forklifts (minimum 7 years’ experience required)

* Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control

* Prepare and process FedEx and LTL shipments

* Maintain accurate records and ensure OSHA safety compliance

* Keep warehouse organized and clean

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED

* 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, 7+ years forklift experience

* Prior supervisory experience required

* Computer proficient (Sage 100, StarShip, or similar)

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
