We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in all aspects of warehouse management. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can train, motivate, and supervise team members while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance.? 

Responsibilities 

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate workflow? 
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of materials?? 
• Conduct quality control checks to identify and address damaged products? 
• Utilize Epicor and other organizational tools effectively to manage warehouse processes? 
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas within the warehouse, in coordination with the Management Team? 
• Train, coach, motivate, and lead warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and morale? 
• Ensure fair, respectful treatment of all team members, in accordance with company policies?? 
• Exhibit consistent attendance and be present whenever the warehouse crew is scheduled to work? 

Requirements

Requirements 

• Minimum 2 years education and/or experience equivalent to a 4-year degree? 
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisor role in a warehouse or similar environment? 
• Strong computer skills including use of MS Office, and ability to develop with efficiency with proprietary Epicor software? 
• Problem solving skills and ability to work effectively under deadlines? 
• Ability to work and communicate across various departments and positions within the organization? 
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats? 
• Ability to identify (through both observation and conversation) key requirements needed to streamline processes? 
• Must be able to communicate (read, write and speak) the English language?
