Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Plaistow, NH

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving efficiency, accuracy, and safety across warehouse operations.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Opportunity for overtime and occasional Saturdays
• Target pay rate: ~$25/hour (flexible based on experience)

Team Structure:

• Directly oversee a small team

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities
• Ensure timely shipment of finished goods and accurate receipt of materials
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reporting
• Enforce safety policies and proper equipment usage
• Coordinate with vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams
• Manage shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, etc.)
• Train, coach, and support team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse/shipping & receiving experience required; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
