We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our 2nd Shift/evening warehouse team. The Warehouse Supervisor manages order selection, shipping, some routing and other basic warehouse activities, in addition to managing personnel to ensure that all necessary functions are performed.

Salary Range: $65,000.00-$78,000.00 annual

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on leadership and the direction of the workflow and performance of employees
• Monitor employee’s productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency
• Lead by example to motivate and train employees
• Enforce compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures and rules
• Maintain company quality and quantity standards
• Screen and provide input on hiring warehouse personnel
• Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with OSHA standards
• Drive safety in all conversations and practices
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School degree or equivalent (college a plus)
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Must be able to work assigned hours, Monday-Thursday at 5:00pm – until complete
• Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner
• Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to consistently lift 50lbs consistently throughout the shift
