POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily operations in the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and effective staff management. This role includes managing inventory, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assign, monitor and evaluate workflow of the department
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
• Configures shipping / receiving area and warehouse for proper and efficient flow of materials
• Advises Management of needed actions
• Responsible for warehouse cleanliness and maintenance
• Serve as a point of contact for resolving warehouse-related issues
• Basic knowledge, understanding and use of technology related resources
• Coordinate Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance for the warehouse
• Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and distribution
• Adhere to the safety and quality policies at all times
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Eight plus years of operating a forklift
• Experience in driving a role clamp preferred 
• Two years of being in a supervisor role
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems
• High School Diploma or GED
• Good communication and organization skills
• Stand for long periods of time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis
