Job Overview:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise Warehouse personnel in order to perform appropriate job functions.
- Evaluate and Report Stock Discrepancies and update system to reflect stock accuracy.
- Control all appropriate stock levels
- Advise Production Department of all inventory shortages
- Receipt and issue of purchased and manufactured goods into MRP system
- Stage or Pick inventory to fulfil work order and assembly requirements in a timely manner.
- Organize transport goods nationally and internationally
- Manage cycle counts and coordinate annual physical inventory responsibilities, recording and tracking through stock system insuring accuracy of all transactions according to NOV processes and procedures
- Monitor slow moving and damaged inventory
- Initiate corrective action to prevent inventory discrepancies
- Provide summary reporting of inventory losses indicating problem areas and corrective actions as needed.
- Responsible for handling customer returns and adjust back into system
- Maintain bin location accuracy in both full stock detail and batch maintenance
- Preparation, action closing NCR’s of goods or services out of design specifications.
- Ensure Warehouse areas are clean, organized and kept safe from occupational hazards.
- Other Supervisory tasks as directed by Management
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5yrs experience in related field
- Professional written & verbal communication skills
- 3-5yrs experience with ERP system
- Forklift experience
- Continuous process improvement
