Job Description

A growing operation in Naples is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of daily warehouse organization, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and overall product flow.

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, maintain structure, and ensure warehouse operations run efficiently, accurately, and safely. We are looking for someone who treats the warehouse like their own—organized, proactive, and dependable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency

• Manage inventory control processes with strong attention to detail

• Perform quality control (QC) checks on incoming materials and products

• Ensure all inventory is maintained using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices

• Accurately receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments

• Pull, pack, and prepare outbound orders with accuracy and care

• Maintain accurate inventory records and product locations

• Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and material movement

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or operational inefficiencies

• Support overall warehouse workflow to ensure timely product movement

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse supervision or high-level warehouse leadership experience

• Strong background in inventory control, warehouse organization, and product management

• Experience with shipping, receiving, pulling, and packing

• Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices

• Forklift experience required

• Strong self-management skills with the ability to work efficiently without constant oversight

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience performing incoming product inspections / QC

• Familiarity with warehouse systems, inventory tracking, or tablets/computers

• Construction, manufacturing, or distribution warehouse experience is a plus
