Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary: Lead warehouse shipper and keeper to finish assignment from management

Job Functions:

•  向仓储部经理负责，认真及时地完成公司领导安排的各项任务. Report to warehouse manager, lead warehouse shipper and keeper to finish assignment from management.   
•  负责规划物料库容、存储环境、库位。建立并逐步完善物料中心管理体系程序及规章制度，并对有关规章制度的执行落实给予监督检查。Resbonsible
   for materials storage capacity, storage environment, location planning. Conscientiously implement the material the materials warehouse management
   system procedures and rules. 负责物料收、发、存、盘点账务管理，对日常运行期间数据、盘点及问题点的收集、评价，总结，并改进；
• Responsible
   for float glass receiving, shipping, storage and inventory management,
   collect and evaluate the issues for daily cycle counting. 监控物料存储质量（来料检验、环境、点检、超期、不合格品管理），通过内部整理观察定期优化物料存储及管理标准，以确保其符合性、有效性和持续的适宜性；根据实际，制订不合格物资的报废及处置、闲置物资的处理管理制度和流程，经领导批准后具体组织实施执行；
• Monitor material storage quality (incoming inspection, environment, inspection, expired, nonconforming product management), through internal consolidation observation regularly optimize the material storage and management standards to ensure its compliance, effectiveness and continuing suitability, formulate the management system and process of defective and idle materials scrap/disposal, excute after leader's approval. 物料先进先出有效性管理，接合A/B类物料生产时间、工艺要求储存时间、生命周期严格实施FIFO；
• Management for materials' FIFO, according to the production date/storage time required by Process/life cycle of A/B type materials, strict implement the FIFO. 负责落实本部门的5S、环境、消防安全的管理工作。重点监查化学品、危险品的存储控制、及环境、安全标准，主导编制物料存储的应急预案。（当发生意外情况时组织事故应急处理）；
• Responsible for the implementation of 5S, environment and fire safety of our department. Focus on monitoring chemicals/dangerous goods storage control and environmental-safty standards, leading the preparation of material storage contingency plans. 依据库存分析，对物料采购周期、使用进度，逐步推动合理仓储定额，以减少供应缺料和超储积压，保障生产正常进行；
• According to the inventory analysis, the material procurement cycle, the use of progress, and gradually promote a reasonable storage quota, in order to reduce the supply of materials and overpressure, to ensure the normal production; 负责原材料接收、发料及时性管理控制，提高库存准确性、有效性；
• Responsible for manage and control for receiving-shipping of raw materials, improve inventory accuracy, effectiveness. 负责制定库存各类（A、B、CD、F类）盘点计划（明确到抽盘时间、工作分配、盘点方法）主导盘点的实施、跟踪盘点效果. 
• Responsible for formulate the plan of inventory cycle counting for each materials (A, B, CD, F type), (clear to the counting time, job allocation, counting method) , implement the main inventory cycle counting and track counting effect. 协调本部门与其它部门的工作，负责指导培训下属掌握公司级、部门级文件及岗位技能；
• Coordinate the work with other departments, responsible for train new employees to grasp knowledge and job skills.  

Qualifications

•   Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers
• 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)   
• The employee is regularly required o stand or sit for long periods. Duties will include long periods of viewing a computer monitor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
• Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.   
• Systematic knowledge relating to TS16949 quality management system
• Various methods and tools of six Sigma
• Systematic knowledge about 5S and project management
• Solve problem by using warehouse quality tool
• Analyze and solve problems (SPC, FMEA, MSA) by using six Sigma methods and tools
• Improve process and efficiency by using lean manufacturing method
• Improve field management level and the level of the department and the staff by using 5S knowledge
• Strong planning, organization and coordinate ability
