Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Classification: Exempt | Full-Time

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company and customer requirements. This role supports warehouse workflow, maintains inventory control, and promotes a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

• Monitor inventory, product rotation, and warehouse records.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.

• Support product recall procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

• Assist with employee training, scheduling, attendance, and performance management.

• Generate reports using warehouse systems and support operational planning.

• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience (food industry preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work Environment:

Warehouse setting with exposure to temperature variations, noise, and operational equipment. Requires physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, and moving throughout the facility.
