The Bruce Company is offering an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor role with a focus on leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in warehouse operations and leadership.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to achieve performance targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Implement and streamline operational procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to enhance workflow efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accuracy in stock tracking systems.
• Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.

What Skills Do I Need?

• Proven experience in warehouse operations with at least 2 in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in inventory management processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Work is primarily performed indoors with exposure to standard warehouse conditions
• Lifts weight of up to 50lbs
• Vision and fine motor skills required for the use of computer
