JOB DUTIES:

People and Leadership

  • Ensure safe and well-organized workplace and that the team have needed training and awareness for quality, safety and environmental aspects and they are following instructions and policies.

  • Drive and facilitate continuous improvement in daily and project management.

  • Lead people by setting meaningful targets, by demonstrating hands-on attitude, by making fact-based decisions timely and by coaching and empowering team members to excel

  • Is in charge of people processes for his/her team such as approving holidays, attendance hours, initiating and participating to recruitment, executing PDs and IDPs.

  • Responsible for verifying that his/her team members are trained, certified, competent and capable of performing their tasks.

  • Responsible for skill development of the team and supporting autonomous team culture.

Process Execution and Daily Management

  • Drive daily management and operational performance and set up a shift plan according to FLOW standards.

  • Follow factory FLOW standards and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to achieve superior discipline consistently.

  • Follow principles of KONE LEAN model.

  • Is in charge of monitoring production process/performance indicators on hourly/shift/day level and reacting to any deviation/negative trend

  • Is in charge of collecting all the information coming from the Production Scheduler, Material management and CADCAM office and creating daily / shift level production plans and targets and release

Production Orders

  • Is in charge of organizing monthly, weekly and daily production activities using the available resources.

  • Create good collaboration environment with factory service teams (e.g. Manufacturing Solutions, Quality, Material Management, Maintenance) to achieve unit level targets.

  • Is in charge of reporting the abnormalities and mistakes found during the manufacturing process. He/she is in charge of supervising that the correction and corrective action process (PDCA) is done in a proper way.

  • Is accountable for fast manufacturing of production orders related to warranty claims.

  • Is responsible for taking needed actions and reports related to feedback orders. (optional)


Factory Development
• Support factory level development road map creation and implementation
