Responsibilities:
- Supervises the Warehouse department, which includes both department responsibilities and its personnel
- Understands the process required to receive, warehouse, and deliver wire
- Demonstrates ability to operate multiple types of forklifts effectively and safely
- Troubleshoots problems that arise with equipment, materials, jobs, or team members; and offers solutions where possible within the scope of the duties of the job
- Effectively communicates with clarity and professionalism, ensuring that information is accurately conveyed and understood
- Supports leads, supervisors and managers in training Warehouse personnel
- Actively participates in team initiatives, shares knowledge, and supports colleagues to achieve collective departmental and company goals
- Takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring consistent follow-through, quality, and timely completion, while contributing to team and organizational goals
- Mentors and coaches team to improve current skills and to assist with development of new skills
- Learns, follows, and upholds defined quality procedures, expectations, and standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and company efficiency
- Responsible of documenting incident reports, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process
- Follows safety procedures, wears required PPE, attends safety training, and reports concerns promptly.
- Manages workload and ensures daily production targets are met.
- Responsible for warehouse area: keeping wire received, organized on the floor and racking, inventoried properly, and delivered timely and accurately
- Proactively addresses challenges and proactively communicates obstacles to ensure timely results
- Maintains consistent achievement of daily production goals and department KPIs, ensuring accurate and current data.
- Provides timely and quality services and support to all internal and external customers
Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing or related environment
- 5 years proven experience working in a leadership role in Warehousing/Distribution
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to inspire, motivate and lead people
- Extreme attention to detail, superior organizational, time management, & prioritizing abilities
- Strong and confident judgment and problem-solving skills; ability to take risks and make decisions
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office
- Experience with Material Handling equipment required
- Experience with barcoding preferred

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $22.00-$30.00 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
