Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Team Leader to drive efficiency and effectiveness within our parts warehouse. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth loading and unloading processes, while managing and motivating the warehouse team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Load and unload daily deliveries and outgoing packages.

• Timely check-in of emergency and daily orders using parts scanners or manual entry as needed.

• Supervise drivers and warehouse personnel to ensure all tasks and deliveries are completed effectively.

• Organize inventory systematically, ensuring stock orders are put away in the correct locations daily.

• Utilize computer systems for inventory control; familiarity with CDK/ADP is preferred.

• Maintain a goal-oriented approach to complete assigned tasks.

• Process and return cores and shipping containers to suppliers.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.

• Previous experience with controlled inventory systems and shipping/receiving is preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

• High School Graduate or GED.

• Experience in the automotive or diesel parts field is preferred.
