Allied Motion Technologies Inc, an Allient Inc. company, is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Reynosa, Mexico team!

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of materials to the production teams, oversees inventory accuracy, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise/coordinate receiving and warehouse personnel for daily operational activities.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and policies in the area.
- Manage inventory by maintaining accurate records and stock levels.
- Plan, manage, and ensure adherence to the cycle count process, in compliance with company policies; perform recounts if necessary and investigate/resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct daily 5S reviews and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Process product transactions (RAF'S) as needed.
- Measures and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
- Manages employee workload, assigns, and performance
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed technical degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with MRP systems

SUPERVISOR DE ALMACEN
- Carrera técnica terminada
- 3 años de experiencia como mínimo
- Conocimiento y uso de Microsoft Office: Excel, word, power point
- Conocimiento de Sistema MRP
- Revisar el STL (Plan de producción) y planificar eficazmente la preparación de Kits y surtido de material a líneas de producción. Minimizar los tiempos caídos en línea de producción
- Supervisar/Coordinar al personal de recibos y almacén para las actividades diarias de la operación del área
- Supervisar y hacer cumplir las normas y politicas de seguridad del area
- Gestionar el inventario, como mantener los inventario y registros correctos.
- Gestionar, planificar y dar cumplimiento al procceso de conteos ciclicos cumpliendo con las politicas establecida por la compania, realizar recuentos de ser necesario e investigar/resolver cualquier discrepancia.
- Realizar revisiones diarias de 5’s y aplicar acciones corectivas y preventivas
