Job Overview:
- Maintain a safe warehouse environment with required training, inspections, and timely corrective actions.
- Achieve agreed targets for order accuracy, on-time receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined transactions, cycle counts, reconciliations, and corrective actions.
- Improve warehouse productivity and throughput while controlling labor, material-handling, and operating costs.
- Ensure warehouse transactions and records are completed accurately and promptly in the ERP/WMS.
- Develop a capable team through onboarding, coaching, cross-training, performance feedback, and succession planning.
- Maintain organized, clean, and efficient warehouse space that supports safe movement and effective storage.
- Identify and implement process improvements that reduce errors, delays, waste, and unnecessary handling.
- Collaborate effectively with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Transportation to resolve issues.
- Promote compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, quality standards, and inventory-control procedures.
