Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Camden, SC

Salary: $65,000/year

Schedule: Flexible 1st Shift (typically 6:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-6:00 PM). Must be available to support all three shifts as needed.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of four employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, production scheduling support, and warehouse operations while ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support a team of four warehouse and material handling employees.

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and material storage operations.

• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting and inventory control.

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure all required documentation is completed.

• Utilize ERP systems, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Excel to manage inventory and warehouse operations.

• Support purchasing activities and production scheduling.

• Ensure proper material identification, labeling, storage, and FIFO inventory practices.

• Manage nonconforming materials and return material authorizations (RMAs).

• Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Promote warehouse organization, 5S standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Help maintain safe, efficient warehouse operations while meeting production and customer delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.

• Strong experience with inventory management and cycle counting.

• Experience using ERP systems, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Excel.

• Previous forklift (Hi-Lo) experience.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with production scheduling, purchasing, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or IQMS is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

• Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and closed-toe shoes.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Background check required.

• Clean 5-panel drug screen required.
