We are currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH.
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the assigned shifts, including safety, quality, efficiency, process execution, and team development. The position will be responsible for supervising and assisting in receiving full products from the packaging lines (high-speed manufacturing), shipping and receiving functions, storage of material, general housekeeping of the warehouse, and complete supervision of hourly staff. Supervises operation following brewery policies and procedures. Maintains SAP database and coordinates activities of third-party logistics suppliers.
What You'll Brew:
- Direct Warehouse Operators to perform required tasks to ensure quality product distribution through proper sanitation, warehousing, and shipping procedures. They may be required to perform the tasks of a Warehouse Operator as needed.
- Lead preparation and delivery of employee evaluation process and ensure alignment within the spirit of the performance management program, including new hire evaluations.
- Oversee and lead operator training and development plans and initiatives. Work with and coach employees to improve performance and close performance issues or gaps.
- Proctor pre-shift meetings daily to express high-level information and direct the hourly group through safety, quality, and material concerns, developments, or obstacles. Must observe and ensure adherence and compliance with safety/environmental standards/requirements, sanitation standards, and GMP guidelines.
- Ensure teams are following processes and projects related to continuous improvement activities, including but not limited to; Lean, Kaizen, Centerline, line visualization, TPM.
- Lead, develop and monitor all critical control points to ensure consistency and quality.
- Responsible for overall coordination for Warehouse and Distribution area (Warehouse, People, Process, and Maintenance).
- Monitor production plans and accomplish current and future schedules.
- Supervise and review the performance of direct reports and develop staff professionally and technically to meet goals. Manages operators receiving full products from the packaging lines.
- Maintains records of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.
- Analyzes shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.

By pay transparency laws the salary range for this role if hired is $45,200 – 93,000.00 annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Certain sales positions are also eligible for car allowance

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment, including supply chain and logistics with a history of continued development professionally.
- In-depth understanding and track record of delivering operational processes that drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvements
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, Process Improvement, and Process Control.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
