Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics to support timely distribution and storage activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and receiving teams to optimize workflow
• Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary
• Monitor equipment and facility maintenance needs
• Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and workforce performance
• Foster a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably with supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse settings
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods
