**Job Title: **Warehouse Repack Associate / Production Associate

**Location: **Mission, TX

Pay: $13.00 per hour

**Schedule: **Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime available based on production needs)

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Warehouse Repack Associates for a leading manufacturer of automotive ignition components and advanced technical ceramic products in Mission, TX. Associates will inspect, repackage, label, and prepare products for shipment (several products weigh up to 50 lbs) while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Repackage automotive components and manufactured products weighing up to 50 lbs according to company specifications
• Inspect products for defects, damage, and quality concerns before packaging
• Label, seal, and prepare products for storage, shipment, or distribution
• Sort, organize, and stage inventory within designated warehouse areas
• Maintain accurate product identification and packaging standards
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements
• Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and production procedures
• Assist with inventory movement and other warehouse or production duties as assigned
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, packaging, or assembly preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
