Openings for Warehouse & Production Candidates

Location: Portersville, PA 16051

Pay rates:

Warehouse Candidates start at $18/hr for Day shift

• $20/hr for Night Shift

• Room to advance to $23.50/hr!

Production Candidates:

• $17 hour - Day Shift-7am-7pm

• $19/hr Night Shift- 7pm-7am

Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in finding a long-term job with room to learn and grow within an organization. Looking for people who want to learn, are detail oriented and are able to work hands on with materials. These are hybrid positions that will include both production and forklift skills to ensure a smooth operation. Although manufacturing and forklift experience is preferred, we will also train motivated candidates to be able to do both roles and move into lead positions. These positions involve repetitive assembly tasks and managing warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and organizing products and moving them within a facility with a forklift to ensure accurate inventory counts, and a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts.

• Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.

• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

• Monitor and report any equipment issues or maintenance needs.

**Qualifications: **

• Prior forklift experience is preferred but training provided.

• Experience with order selection would be helpful.

• Must be able to stand, bend and lift between 25-50 pounds repetitively throughout a 12 hour shift.

• Must wear steel toed boots.

• Pre-employment requirements include a background check and drug screen
