Description
Summary
Responsible for the for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and light production tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining efficient workflows, and supporting production needs as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to the following:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and products
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments per company and customer specifications
- Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts
- Maintain shipping and receiving records in company systems
- Organize and maintain stock in designated warehouse locations
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory audits
- Track and report low inventory levels or discrepancies
- Assist with basic production jobs associated with deburring, tumbling, drilling, assembly, kitting, labeling, or packaging of products
- Stage materials and supplies needed for production runs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and warehouse areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with shipping, receiving, and production teams
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations
- Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Associate’s degree or how many three to five years Manufacturing, inventory and / or warehouse experience; or High School Diploma or GED with six or more years of experience in the manufacturing, inventory and / or warehouse industry. Above average analytical, leadership and reasoning abilities. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP and other software programs is required.
