Job Title: Assembly & Warehouse Production Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $18 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

Holland Sharpe is hiring dependable and mechanically inclined team members for a warehouse-based assembly position. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to grow within a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly diagrams
• Assemble fabricated metal parts using specified hardware and components
• Verify correct parts selection (nuts, bolts, fasteners, etc.) according to schematics
• Pick materials and prepare finished products for shipment
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Prior hands-on assembly experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Experience performing quality checks or inspections
• Previous QC experience
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or schematics
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
