Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders using manual picking methods, RF scanners, and electric/manual pallet jacks. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders using pick tickets and RF scanners.
• Operate electric pallet jacks (rider jacks) and manual pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment while ensuring proper labeling and stability.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy prior to shipment.
• Perform manual order picking and stocking tasks as needed.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order picking experience preferred.
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify orders.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
