As a Warehouse Person, you’ll contribute to the production of high-quality HVAC equipment by ensuring the correct stocking of all component parts, performing inventory analysis and material handling.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Person, you will:

  • Ensure timely receipt and disposition of component part materials by order selection.

  • Ensure the proper and expeditious stocking of all component parts received.

  • Material handling.

  • Computer entry transactions.

  • Perform inventory analyst duties.

  • Perform housekeeping and other duties as required.

Physical/Mental Requirements

  • Lifting 50 lbs.(frequently), Standing (constant), Walking (constant), Bending (frequently), Climbing (occasional), Crawling (occasional), Reaching (constant), Grasping (constant), Answering/using telephone (frequently), Hearing (constant), Communicating with co-workers (frequently).

  • Must understand and follow safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Must follow written and oral instructions.

  • Vision corrected to 20/20.

Environmental Factors

Manufacturing – Exposure to noise, dirt, dust, cold/heat (indoor), cold/heat (outdoor). Job hazards of working around heavy equipment and machinery.

Tools and Equipment Used

Forklift, pallet jack, computer.

What We Look For

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred

  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory movement principles

  • Ability to work 2nd Shift: Mon-Sat - 3:30PM - 2AM

  • Basic knowledge of inquiry and entry on the computer

  • Ability to drive a forklift

  • Identify parts and part numbers and perform math at a level normally acquired through completion of high school

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

  • Ability to understand stocking of inventory product procedure and the movement of inventory product

  • As a condition of employment, active participation in a Continuous Improvement Team is required

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $18.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
