Job Overview:

The Performance Management Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth system use, accurate data, and efficient processes across shifts. At our company, we’re not looking for someone to simply follow procedures—we want a team member who drives improvements, coaches others, and helps new sites and tools succeed. If you thrive on troubleshooting, refining workflows, and supporting operational excellence, while contributing to a team that values accuracy and consistency, you’re exactly who we need.

About the Role:

  • Serve as the super user for K1, APT, yard management systems, and all operational spreadsheets.
  • Provide real-time support to team members for system, data, and process issues.
  • Troubleshoot first and escalate to internal or external tech support when needed.
  • Keep documentation, guides, and SOPs clear and up to date.
  • Monitor shift performance and identify gaps, trends, and opportunities.
  • Create or refine processes that improve accuracy, throughput, and system adoption.
  • Train team members on new workflows, tools, system updates, and best practices.
  • Assist in setting up new tools or dashboards to support daily decision-making.
  • Partner with shift leaders to ensure smooth handoffs across shifts.
  • Support weekend operations through a rotation or staggered schedule.
  • Provide on-the-floor coaching to build confidence in system use.
  • Assist with audits, data verification, and corrective actions.
  • Support system setup, testing, and training for new facilities.
  • Travel as needed during site openings or major process rollouts.
  • Help ensure new sites follow consistent operational standards.

Who you are:

  • A proactive problem-solver who troubleshoots systems, data, and processes.
  • A performance-focused leader driving improvements, consistency, and operational excellence.
  • A coach and mentor who trains team members and ensures adoption of best practices.
  • A collaborative partner supporting smooth operations, audits, and new site launches.
