Warehouse Order Selector

Pay Rate: $18.58 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some required Saturdays

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Order Selector to join our distribution team. This position is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing beverage orders using a voice-directed headset system. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment that requires repetitive lifting and operating material-handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and pick beverage products accurately using a voice-directed headset system.

• Match product numbers and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.

• Repetitively lift and hand-stack cases weighing up to 50 pounds, from floor level to overhead, throughout the shift.

• Build pallets according to designated stacking patterns to ensure orders are stable and secure.

• Shrink-wrap completed pallets and apply the appropriate shipping labels.

• Transport completed orders to the loading dock staging area using an electric pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.

• Report damaged products, incorrect store numbers, order discrepancies, and equipment issues to a supervisor.

• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies, including the safe operation of warehouse equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by completing general housekeeping duties.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Ability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, reaching, and stacking, including placing cases overhead.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow voice-directed picking instructions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

• Willingness to operate electric pallet jacks and walkie-rider equipment; previous experience is preferred.

• Reliable attendance and availability to work Monday–Friday, with some required Saturdays.

• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining quality standards.

Work Environment

• Active warehouse and beverage distribution environment.

• Position requires standing, walking, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift.

• Frequent handling and stacking of heavy cases is required.

• Must be comfortable working toward productivity and order-accuracy goals.
